Solly & Jude’s: Sammies, Sauce & Serious Flavor

What’s your perfect sandwich? At Solly & Jude’s, you’ll want all of them!

📍 400 S. Emporia Ave, Ste 100, Wichita, KS 67202 (Visit Wichita)
🕒 Sun-Thu: 11:00 AM-3:00 PM • Fri-Sat: 11:00 AM-8:00 PM (Visit Wichita)

Their Italian — stacked ham, salami, capocoolo, pepperoni on a hoagie roll with provolone and Italian seasoning — is Solly’s favorite, and after one bite, I totally agree.

Then there’s the BLT: crispy bacon, leaf lettuce, mayo & cheddar on whole wheat. Simple, classic, and hits every time.

Scott’s Tots get a whole moment—Garlic Parmesan or Honey Sriracha style. Either way, hot & crispy & totally addictive.

Wash it down with Solly’s Radler (lemon) or Jude’s Radler (cherry), both at 4.7% ABV — perfect for pre- or post-event munchies near INTRUST Bank Arena.

Stay tuned — Solly & Jude’s is going to be your go-to spot for that sammie fix.

Stopping in at Salt City Brewing Company

In Hutchinson, for some video work, and I’ve always wanted to stop in at Salt City Brewing Company . They brew some of my favorite beers but I just never had the chance to check them out.
📍🗺️
514 N Main St,
Hutchinson, KS
⏰🗓️
Monday 3–9 PM
Tues – Wed 11 AM–9 PM
Thurs – Fri 11 AM–10 PM
Saturday 11 AM–10 PM
Sunday 12–8 PM
It was particularly hot that day so I asked for some ice water to pair with a local special brew.
I picked the Cherrywood Blond. They said it was real smokey and it was, and I loved it. Perfect brew for a 8 hour shoot day during the hot Summer Sun.
They have plenty of beers to pick from, and Space Race is one of my favorite not just for taste but for the donation each sale gives to the Cosmosphere
Partial proceeds from the sale of Space Race Hazy IPA and its line of related merchandise will go to the Cosmosphere,” including funding things like their camp scholarship fund. You’re practically drinking for education!
I always like trying different items, so I ordered their wings and their most popular lunch items, The House Cut Ribeye Sandwich, unfortunately none of these go to support a charity, but they go to support this dream a father and son had of staring at a brewery.
SCB was began with a phone call from father to son, asking if he’d be interested in starting a brewery in town. Little did they know, this pet project would evolve to a full blown passion, and way of life.
Funny how that life works that way. You can have a plan, and all of sudden you’re running a loved and successful brewery.
Loved everything from the food, the brews and the people, all around great vibe, would visit again!.
