The moment I stepped into Public at the Brickyard, I was hit with so much flavor, deliciousness, and joy—it wrapped up my night better than I could’ve imagined.

I started with a refreshing Nick’s Lid Cocktail and the crunchy, indulgent Pork Belly Bao—their bao had me from that first bite, and I’m already dreaming of having it again. The menu had something for everyone—from the creamy, aromatic Black Garlic & Leek Ash Pasta to the savory, juicy Tri-Grind Cheese Burger.

Dessert sealed it: the Apple Spice Crème Brûlée was creamy, spiced just right, and everything I needed to finish the night happier and fuller than I’ve ever been. And let me say, the space itself—every corner decorated with joy and cheer—added to the magic of the meal.
